Sewn on twill, or tackle twill, is a technique in which pieces of fabric, usually a poly/cotton twill, are cut out and then
sewn or embroidered onto your garment providing a more professional look.
A Note About Embroidered Monograms:
A monogram is a motif made by overlapping or combining two or more letters. Monograms are often made by combining the initials of an individual or a company, used as recognizable symbols.
Classic three letter monogram layout for an individual is with the last name initial larger and in the center of the monogram (first name - last name - middle name) John Q. Smith : JSQ.
More color choices than any other we offer! Made of pre-shrunk 100% cotton, 6.1-oz.jersey. Taped neck and shoulders with double-needle seamless collar and hems. Ultra-tight-knit surface offers exceptional decorating.
Prices on web site include one location print or embroidery. Additional locations will add to price. Typically polos are embroidered. Left chest full color printing is available for light and dark garments. Left-chest is generally first choice. If the shirt has a pocket, the right-chest is an option, or a small design can go over the left-chest pocket.

Full front sweatshirt embroidery is available. However because of high stitch concentration, prices are generally higher and need to be quotes separately.
For web addresses, slogans or co-branded logos you can use sleeve and back placements.
Minimum Letter Size: The smallest we can embroider letters and type is .25 high.

Prices on web site include 1/color, one location print. Additional colors and locations will add to price. Fewer colors require fewer screen set-ups and less time to print additional colors.
Ordering white or light colored t-shirts will save you money. T-shirt mills charge more for dark colors and printing on dark shirts often require printing a white "underlay" to avoid the dark t-shirt color bleeding through the design.
